What Campers Do

The work, the game, and the wisdom

01

Basketball Training

Fundamentals, footwork, conditioning, and game IQ. Skill-graded drills so eight-year-olds and sixteen-year-olds both leave better than they arrived.

02

Financial Literacy

Age-appropriate sessions on saving, earning, spending, and the difference between price and value. Hands-on, real, and taught by operators.

03

Mentorship

Direct time with athletes, coaches, and community leaders from the Living on Purpose network. Conversations that stay with campers long after the weekend ends.

04

Community

Campers come in from across the Bay Area. An afternoon on a shared court builds friendships and networks that outlast any single drill or workshop.

A camp built by the people who lived it

Tip-Off Academy was built in the spirit of the camps Living on Purpose co-founder Tiffany "Tip" Hayes has been running for years, the kind where a kid walks in unsure and walks out that afternoon with a court they can call home and a financial vocabulary they can put to work right away.

The 2026 edition extends that DNA across two full days, at Head-Royce, with a wider age range and a deeper financial literacy curriculum built by the Women of Purpose teaching team.
