Women of Purpose

Inside out, from the ground up

The Challenge

The visibility gap

Women in the U.S. earn roughly 84 cents for every dollar earned by men (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2024). That gap widens for Black women, and less than 2% of venture capital funding goes to women-only-founded teams (Crunchbase, 2024). The systems were not built with women in mind.

Women of Purpose offers inside-out development for women building financial independence, leadership, and community, through biweekly workshops and cohort programming with operators who have already done the work.

What we provide

Five interconnected pillars built around the inside-out development of every woman in the room.

01

Inside-Out Development

Identity, mindset, and leadership work that starts before strategy. Confidence built from the inside, not borrowed from outside.

02

Financial Independence

Budgeting, banking basics, credit building, investing, and tax literacy taught at sophistication levels few workshops actually reach.

03

Leadership Development

Public speaking, executive presence, negotiation, and the soft and hard skills that decision-makers actually use day to day.

04

Cohort Community

Biweekly cohort gatherings where women support, challenge, and refer each other through career pivots, business launches, and life transitions.

05

Mentorship & Network

Direct access to operators, investors, and leaders who open doors most networks never reach. Real introductions, not just inspiration.

Where the work happens

Hands-on workshops on finance, leadership, and identity work, taught by operators in their fields, not generalists with a slide deck.

Cohort members lead the conversations, share their work, and challenge each other to step into the rooms they belong in. Practice happens here first.

Women leave the cohort having launched something tangible. A business, a career pivot, a new community, or all three at once.
